🚨 TWO CALIFORNIA FAULTS ACTIVE HOURS APART 🚨 A magnitude 4.1 earthquake struck southwest of Paso Robles at 9:54 am. It was shallow, widely felt, and followed by several smaller quakes in the same area. Earlier, a magnitude 3.2 hit the East Bay near the Hayward and Calaveras faults at 10:47 pm. That section of the Hayward Fault has not ruptured since 1868. Both were shallow.
