I know the # on the scale isn’t as important as your overall health, but my mental health is being impacted by each and every pound I gain. My mental health hasn’t felt an impact like this since before I got into recovery almost 6 years ago. My interest is wellness, optimization and daily productivity. I need new routines and goals.
