On this 14th of July, French National day … this is the renowned “BAGAD de LANN-BIHOUÉ”… So renowned in France. The only professional bagad in the world. They are part of the French Navy (La Marine Nationale de France) based in Brittany (western region of France). This bagad was created in 1952 on the naval air base Lann-Bihoué near Lorient (Morbihan). The Breton oboe, the biniou (Breton bag pipe) are tradition Breton instruments.
