Washington flooding on top of a Blizzard is on the way for WA after floods; Highway 2 could be closed months. While a flood watch remains in effect for much of Western Washington, effective through Thursday afternoon, the latest reports from the National Weather Service indicate that the region might now have to brace for a blizzard. Meanwhile, per the NWS, major flooding remains possible along the Skagit River beginning Wednesday morning and cresting in Mount Vernon on Thursday morning. #endtim
