The Cincinnati football program is suing Brendan Sorsby after he decided to transfer to Texas Tech for breach of contract.

UC claims Sorsby agreed that if he did not fulfill the whole term of the NIL agreement, he would pay UC $1 million. When he transferred, the school said his rep said he refuses to pay the school.
