Thousands are without power as a major winter storm continues to barrel across the country, bringing snow and ice to New York.

School districts across Greater Cincinnati, including Cincinnati Public Schools, have announced school is either canceled or moving to virtual instruction Tuesday due to impacts from a major winter storm.
