Cant you just run the memory clock at 200mhz, and see what happens? I believe it was added to your bios at the request of AMD since they were having some issues with 2 double sided dimms.
You mean dual channel? Its just using two 64bit wide DIMMs to make 128bits worth of bandwidth. Basically you install memory in pairs and double your max bandwidth.
