An exhibition of films and photographs made with a group of Dumfriesshire teenagers as part of a National Galleries of Scotland communities outreach project has opened at The Baker’s Oven in Dumfries.
The sale of a former museum building where ministers hid during religious conflicts in the 17th century has been condemned as “inexplicable” by Scotland’s leading historian Professor Sir Tom Devine.
